I have nothing to offer but my blood
A little while ago my blood pressure was so high that the old red stuff was fizzing like champagne. Now, my blood pressure is so low that the little red corpuscles are barely tramping around my cardio-vascular system. Low blood pressure is called hypotension, and for the last few days I’ve been suffering from that.
The symptoms of low blood pressure include;
- Feeling dizzy and lightheaded
- Feeling nauseous, vomiting
- Blurred vision
- Lethargy, lack of energy, weakness
- Confusion, lack of concentration.
- Fainting, loss of balance
- Chest pain
- Increased thirst
I have all of those in varying degrees of severity.
Obviously I need a doctor. That isn’t going to happen today.
For now the only thing I know how to do is get more potassium into my body.
Good luck that I have bananas in the fruit bowl.
high in potassium
