scallops are expensive so they should be treated with some class

Right around the corner from me is a fish shop that’s been there for more than 100 years.  Here in England old is part of the culture.  Right now the water is very cold, only the real fishermen are out there.  Just now scallops are in season.  They are so fast to cook and very delicious.

First up this week from Half Baked Harvest we have Herbed Garlic Butter Scallops.
