the real trick is to enjoy life to the full

Now that we are in 2021 it’s time for me to slough off the ill health I suffered all through last year.  The plan is to get fit and healthy in body, mind, and spirit.  Ergo; exercise, a good diet, plenty of fresh air, and as much sunshine as you can get in the middle of an English winter.  Dancing is one of the top five best exercises one can get, and this is a pretty funky dance video.  Follow along if you can.  Apologies if I have shown this before, I have such brain-fade at the moment I can only just be certain I know what year it is…..

The first time I tried this I didn’t quite make it to the end in good form.
