the secret of your future is hidden in your daily routine

~

exercise hard and vigorously six days a week

~

when you eat is as important as what you eat

breakfast around 07:30

lunch at one o’clock

and dinner at seven in the evening

don’t ever eat late at night

~

try not to get into the routine of drinking every night

~

rise and go to bed at the same time every night and morning

including at weekends and on vacation

~

get into the habit of walking instead of driving everywhere
