Exhausted

I wish I  felt better 

I do not know what is wrong with me, but I do not feel well in mind, body and spirit.

Maybe it is just lack of sleep.

  1. Hope you feel better soon, Jack. Lack of sleep, coupled with fear, can really take our mind into strange places. Remember to eat well, get sunshine and meditate 🙂

  2. I have recurring nightmares when I am under a lot of stress, even if I don’t know that I am that stressed out. One is about spiders, which I am deathly afraid of (well most kinds), one is about waitressing in this restaurant I worked at when my kids were babies, and there is one other but I can’t recall what it is, I just know there was another. Before my dad had dementia he used to tell me about all of his nightmares. He couldn’t remember details but he knew they were nightmares. I used to wonder if it was hereditary.
