true love is as boundless and free as the ocean
Richard Marx, from the album Repeat Offender, which I bought in 1989 ~ jeez…..
This seems to have been written for my current romantic situation. In fact RM wrote this for his wife to be Cynthia, when they were really separated by oceanic distances. Allegedly this song was churned out in 20 minutes.

the ocean isn’t always peaceful
A heart-rending, powerful song – so beautiful, it resonates in a such deep, almost archaic, remembered way….💕

So many loving couples are separated by distance, circumstance, time, money, and sometimes just bad luck. All I know is that I will always do the very best I can for those I care for, no matter how far apart we may be. ❤

I love, love, love this song! On listening to it, I thought I might do it for my music post this morning, but alas … I have already played this one. Still, it is flowing through my head. Thanks for a great one, Jack! Hugs! ❤

Lovely song isn’t it?
Kind of describes my love life at the minute.
After all, you are a long way away.

‘Tis true … 4,000 miles or so! You’re a good man, Jack … you’ll find somebody when you least expect it. Or better yet … stop looking … let her find you! Hugs! ❤
