crisis of confidence

All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.  They have their exits and their entrances.  And, one man in his time plays many parts.

  1. If true love consists of ultimate joy and infinite pain, in equal measure, in their turn, then yes, I have experienced true love.

    1. I’m not sure if that is true love. Shouldn’t it last forever ?

      1. True love. Honest and real love. Is forever and a day, no matter what. True love is unonditional, giving everything and expecting of nothing in return. True love never forgets and always forgives. The true love of a real man is being prepared to make any sacrifice and accept ultimate loss with grace. True love is French poetry written on parchment, a single rose, a glance, a smile, a kiss. True love is accepting, knowing, understanding, cherishing, nurturing, and giving. In the end, true love is loss with a promise to be there, if ever she needs him, always, and forever. A shooting star above the desert and the brush of a kiss. That is how I understand true love.

    1. True love lasts forever, longer than the moon and the stars, and sometimes longer than a heart can comprehend.
